I agree to all those conditions. Estimated finish time is within the week. 

However, you will not log on to the account until I am finished working on it without my permission. If you cancel the order midway you are not entitled to a refund.

On a different forum that I post on, this is how people keep track of services, since there is no feedback function, etc.

I have no feedback and matt is a friend of a friend. I don't bot any more, and even if I wanted to, with the ban rate atm even an hour of botting = perm.
