I think you might want to learn how to use internet forums first.

 

1.upload your picture to tinypic

2.get the direct image link by right clicking the image on tinypic and clicking "show direct image"(or something like that)

Your thread picture is horrid. Purchase a better one from the GFX'ers a bad thread design doesn't attract a lot.
