Failure to reimburse goods stolen

Explanation: This is kind of a long story so please bear with me.

 

Mystogan and I had made an arrangement that every month whenever he had the time he would log on to my account free of charge and buy bonds using my 07 GP and then activate said bonds on my accounts. He did this perfectly for my main but not with my mule account. I asked for two bonds to be activated for this mule account with 30m+ worth of wealth. He said he could only activate one at the moment, which I was ok at the time. 13 days later the 2nd wasn't activated. So now I am stuck in bad spot, really REALLY need this bond activated as I had no real-life money to buy membership, and I couldn't log on RS3 to buy/activate bonds as my computer sucks. So I casually email him on skype to remind him to activate the 2nd bond, I am asked what's the username and password again, and I give it.

 

30 seconds later... to my horror I see a massive note from his other skype saying he has been hacked on all of his accounts (Pay pal, osbot, runescape, everything). He apologized to everyone who gave him their passwords/emails recently as they likely have been hacked). I panicked checked my mule... Bam almost everything of value... gone...

I told him and instantly he was so upset; he felt very guilty about what happened and promised whenever he got the money back he'd pay me back in full for what was lost. He had some pretty big losses too, had 250mill gone from his main and actually lost 250$ on paypal showed me screen shots and everything it was terrifying .

 

I trust he will pay me back because when I was getting my fighter torso from him, his worker hacked me on my main

stole 3 mill worth of armor/weapons. He paid it back instantly and fired the worker. That was cool of him; he basically made 2 mil on a 5 mill deal. I feel bad it's come to the point where I must make this dispute, but I am left with no choice as it's been months since we last spoke and no sign of improvement has been made. He also mentioned he sold his accounts and quit runescape. Ever since he said that he's never gotten back to me about potential ways to pay me back or for that matter, if he will still pay me back willingly.

 

Assuming he has quit I even raised the alternative that instead of paying me back in normal 07GP that he could just transfer the goods lost equivalent of IRL money via paypal and that would suffice. Or I could buy the 07gp and then have him reimburse me the IRL money via paypal but to no avail, I never have received a reply on osbot or skype. Below I have posted numerous snapshots of me telling him I was hacked for roughly around 20m, me asking if he activated the 2nd bond(before I was hacked), both the hacking in progress and the agreements we made as well as his decision to quit.

Ok that's good to hear, will you be needing anything else from me and what happens next?

 

If I require any further documentation, I will ask you so. I'm going to review the case soon and will let you know what will happen from there on.

 

Edit: I have notified the user to reply here and moved him to the TWC usergroup. He has 24 hours to reply.
