You DO get randoms in PVP world.

It may have been different in the past, but I can assure you that you do get them now on these world.

you don't get randoms in certain area's in pvp worlds

 

 

like i went to a random house and started alching - i got a random

 

 

i went to monks to train my defence pure - i got 0 randoms, also banks im pretty sure are all random free.

 

it really depends on location.

 

 

 

the reasoning for removing randoms in pvp world is so fights don't get interrupted and no 1 is gonna fight in a random house in a pvp world.

You do get them in banks, just got two in less than  30 minutes while standing in a bank.
