I stopped playing ages ago, but over the summer I plan on starting up my bots again.

 

With this I have some obvious questions:

 

How is the Anti-bot / Ban rate?

 

What is good to bot?

 

What ISNT good to bot right now?

 

Any other tips/helpful remarks

Pretty high ban rates nowadays. bot smart with good breaks.

Bot something uncommon.

You need to be creative, don't go bot fishing, woodcutting, or any of that.

Find an item that isn't being botted that you can snatch up.

yeah botting is not that much worth today... ban rates way too high

I've been botting thieving pretty regularly and I've had no issues the past few weeks

I'm thinking of coming back as well...

 

For like 2 or 3 bots only, just for the funs of it. Might start up some scripts again for v2..

 

But is it as bad as they are trying to make it seem here? Or is it decent?

no botting these days is shit i ran a gold farm for like 5 months but it is not worth doing anymore you have just been lucky

-Jagex has eliminated ~75% of the bots on osrs

-Depends what you're trying to do, skilling? combat xp?

-Yew trees, fishing @ catherby, etc

-Try babysit your account at all the time, it helps reduce the chance of getting banned if your account were to get into the botting worlds (w386,385) where they monitor bots or if the script were to have a "hiccup."
