Disputed member: Hell Kid

Explanation: started first for me being paid 5m to do the following: 50 con and hp, 45 prayer and completing fairy tale part 1.

I then started thinking if this was a bit under paid and I was right and was giving advice by other users and was told it was too little So I asked for more money because I felt that it was too little. He agreed and went to 6.5m if I also agreed to 40 magic which I had no problem with. The service was complete 5-6 days after I started and he gone away for awhile and came back today. So today I tell him the service is complete can I get paid and basically told me his accounts got banned and only one account is left which has 9m. I asked if I can get paid now and he try's to get me to do 66 thieving as well and I denied. I was then asked to get an MM (no idea why still) and I was fine with it. Before I started searching though I tried to log into the account on which the service was done on and it told me it was an invalid password. All I did was make the account on my computer with his email that he told me to use. He claims he didn't change the password.

Not sure if being scammed or not so making this for future use and help from the staff. If possible I would like a staff to help me get payment from user when he next logs in. (I don't mind if staff holds the gp for me)

I've asked @Hell Kid to reply to this dispute, he has 24 hours to do so.

Like i said in the skype logs he "created" the account and i gave him the email to use now somehow the passwords been changed he keeps blaming me when i done nothing.

I got no email from jagex or anything about password been changed i offered to pay him the cost for the supplies he used which was 2mil and he declined it and asked for the full 6.5mil. 

Why should i give him the full payment if i get no account that i asked for? '

 

It got to a point where i dont care no more all my account got banned only left with a level 4 with only 9mil on it and a account that i asked for gets banned or hacked or whatever.

I don't have access to the email, only he does. If you check the skype logs somewhere near the beggining he gives me an email to use which ended up being "hellkid12@hotmail.com".

If I had access to it I wouldn't have had to make the topic

@Hell Kid, why can't you just reset the password via the email...?

on my laptop now so I'm able to check my pictures. check Skype logs 4-6 and 16. those three pictures show that he has possession of the email.

Yeah I have IP and he has the email, will work with him soon then. Can we get someone to Middle man this for us if possible? Will be available in like 30-60 minutes. Maybe sooner.
