Help needed

Hello GFX'ers,

I've always wanted a nice signature or more importantly : make one myself. There's no-one who I know who's good at photoshop and might try to learn me a bit when it comes to making an awesome signature.
I've seen this one on the internet : 

And I was surprised, I have been told that this style is called "Surreal" and would love to have someone who can teach me how to make something like this, or just ANY good-looking signature. I've seen alot of good GFX'ers here, and it would be awesome to be taught by the greatest.

If you want to help me : please comment on here... You would do me a huge favour and I'm a really enthousiastic student to learn. 
I've been looking for ALOT of tutorials but there's either : no links to the c4d's (which is important because it's hard to find same C4D's that fits in the picture) or it isn't explained well.
It's also annoying to follow tutorials because you can't ask questions when you're stuck, or don't understand something.
Therefore it would be very kind if anyone gave it a shot.
