I don't really find this a respectable responce from one of our graphics crew memebers. Why does it hurt your eyes, how can he improve that it hurts your eyes?

First thing that I noticed is that the background lighting effect you have over top the main background is about one inch too short from the right side, it doesn't cover the whole width of your layout. Another thing that may help you is the ruler option, just go to the Veiw tab at the top and select Rulers or (Control+R) that will help you center and place images/text in correct places as some of your text is unevenly centered. Also you went from a pixilzed background to a tad bit too fancy text, kinda throws it off, maybe it was the distance you used in your drop shadow tho. I'm not sure if you used "blur" in the background, if you did, I would lower it a tad bit. After those things, I think your golden and it will make more people want to join

I think it looks good!

As a regular Joe who isn't overly critical of art, I think it looks pretty professional and soothing to the eyes.

My only criticism is the "Staff needed". All that'll do for you is get you a bunch of power hungry 11 year olds on your server.
