Explanation:I asked Trustmybet to do a service on my account yesterday, i asked for him to do MM and get me from 47-50 Mage LEGIT, we agreed a price at 2.8 mil for the service so all was good and well. I checked his thread this morning and he uploaded a screen of the quest completion however he never said anything to me on skype, i assumed the order had finished so i went to log on to my account and found that it has been perm banned for a major macroing offence, this was confusing been as i asked him to do the service legitimately! The account had over a 5m bank plus the 2.8m i spent for the service and i'm quite angry about this. I have skyped him to find out what was going on but no reply and i have also left a message on his thread but no reply there either.

As a member of Trustmybets service I thought i would post this here.

By ordering from our service, you agreed to our T.O.S. Now the loss of your account is tragic and I'm deeply sorry about this, the T.O.S was still agreed to by you. Nothing was discussed regarding a refund if a ban were to happen, so we default to the T.O.S.

*I also was not part of this order. Just stating the facts that i know*

The statement in his T.O.S would be invalid if the service was to be done by hand. I've asked @Trustmybet to respond here and placed him in TWC for the duration of this dispute.

Thank you.

If the service was done legit like I asked then there wouldn't have been a macroing ban. The accound was 100% legitimate.

Understood, thank you for your cooperation and please wait on the user's reply.

Woah, what the hell? I finished the order which was 47-50 mage legit + mm

if you can check the stats, the magic was done first before mm was done . Before this dispute I posted the pic of the order being completed already

check the stats if you can because I completed the order legit. And I am not held responsible for any bans after that

I finished it already

And I did it all by hand using teleports theres no way I botted it. And it was 51 mage after I killed the demon.

Also It was completed on the 5th of yesterday. That offence is on the 6th.

So there couldn't be any way that was my fault as order was completed last night

It was completed at 8:30 PM May 5th in the screenshot

The ban is confirmed to be after the service was complete, so @Trustmybet is not responsible whatsoever.

Dispute Closed.
