Any good pencil artists, tattoo resdesign

If there are any good pencil artists(or even tattoo artists) who can redraw this for me to basically include better shading and detail. The picture however must be exactly the same including the alignment of the shapes. Very important! If you can or know someone, please ask them to try! :)

    The one I'm going to(Who's the best around) charges quite a bit to rework images... :(
