Could the OP please provide the Skype name, so that we know exactly who he was communicating with?

Thank you.

His skype name: renevv.pb

Could you please right click his name on skype and click "View Profile"?

Thank you.

Please show the profile of the skype account. I+ I sended him the private message because one guy added me and told me that he needs mm and i need to send him private message to confirm that im the middleman. http://prntscr.com/3g6x7v

You've traded an imposter, and have gotten into a private message trap. His real Skye is -

Which is "Renew.Pb" not "Renevv.Pb", could you provide us with a picture?

Im not responsible for imposters, you need to check skype names before you do trade with somebody. And i sended the private message because one person who added me at skype, wanted me to middleman for you and him and asked for confirm - everything on the picture. Im just a human and i don't know if someone wants to do something bad to ohters so you can't blame me for that.

The skype name is different from renew.pb to renevv.pb but I am still disputing Renewdata for the confirmation he sent me.

@Renewdata you need to be a lot more careful as to how you confirm your trades. In the future, make sure you include information like skype conversations, skype usernames, etc. so that both parties have an understanding who they are trading with.

I personally believe that due to the negligence by both parties to ensure a safe trade occurred, a 50% refund should be given. I'll discuss this with other staff members and we will review it.

I didn't take his items so could you please remove the false feedback and the title "Trade with caution".

It will remain until the dispute is solved.

Thank you.

Contrary to @Nick's statement the OP (@ricefarmer) will not be refunded considering he traded an imposter and the private message did not contain logs of the chat which @ricefarmer should have requested to have been shown. Please make sure to be cautious when undergoing a trade and always ask for exact Skype logs in any private message for clear confirmation to avoid private message traps. Also, pay close attention to their Skype profile name to make sure you're not speaking with an imposter. If you have any questions or concerns please alert me over private message.

Dispute Closed.
