Kenneh
It's extremely bland and doesn't fit in the current forum theme.
alphaDesign
The live page is just an image. Not really live... Indeed, the page is there only for the sake of original quality. It's extremely bland and doesn't fit in the current forum theme. Thanks. I used vast majority of the grey due to the forum theme (Of course, excluding the header). As for the blandness, I always idealize such pages as simple and elegant and that would be the reason for it. Booch
Try to make something that matches all possible background themes(The forum has multiple themes down at the bottom). The concept is great and better than what we have, just need to adjust it a bit

And how is that going to benefit the whole layout?
Abuse
Not to offend you, but it does look pretty bad. The scripts background (and especially the black border) look terribleIt needs: gradients, glows and bevelsToo much grey. The scripts background (and especially the black border) look terrible It needs: gradients, glows and bevels Too much grey. Glows? Almost every single element has a shadow, glow would not fit, I assure you. As for the bevels, I do not use them, they simply do not look good, in my opinion. And for the gradients, I've used them where ever I could, you have to keep in mind that it's far easier to do this in the Photoshop than exporting it into CSS and html and could not really overdo the gradients, simply due to that. Abuse
I don't want to argue, but inner glows at 1-2 px width are used across the whole website. The glows you used on the buttons are way overdone Bevels? well, every button on this site has one, and the gradients: Yes, it is easy to have a gradient in css, you just make a 1px wide x px high image that gradients and repeat it horizontally. Designer
very plain, like Abuse said it lacks gradients and bevels. the actual Script ícon rectangles are... well, just rectangles. On "Add" & "remove" etc buttons the glow is ruining the text. also the fon´t is not that good. I´d restart the concept from pure placements and work on from there, as functionally and visually it´s not the best out there.
