It depends on your defence stats. If you have decent 60+ def then just go with full d hide and then weight reducing gear. If you got less you probably need something with abit more defensive bonuses. Something that I would recommend is trying to get Karamja gloves 3 which has a 1 click tele option that can be used to tele away from potential pkers.

 

Equipped glory is the fastest way to tele back from the Abyss and it saves alot of time compared to house tabs. Using energy pots also saves some time and can speed up the runs quite a bit.

 

In terms of the most efficient way you want to get 75 rc for the biggest pouch. When you got that get the 3 biggest in your inventory (leave the smallest one in bank) then get d hide, mith pickaxe and weight reducing gear and energy pots then just run to the abyss and craft then use glory to tele back. You want to use the 3 largest ones only because it saves time in the long run not having to fill and empty the small one that doesn't contain that much essence anyways.
