I can get a few cards but I'm in the US. To redeem codes does it need to be from the specific region that the card was bought in?

yes, NA can't transfer to EUW anymore. Unless you actually wanna pay for a server transfer and redeem it there

Oh my bad lol, just got it what I wrote.. I want to stay EUW, though he ment if i can switch states on EUW so he can buy :)
