Hello.

 

I Want to pay someone to set me up an e-mail server of which can create temporary e-mails on it that expire after 10 minutes.

I want this to be private email service and can only create emails from my desktop/local files.

Yeah I don't mean just install a php script.

 

I mean set up a personal network for myself that I control, not run through some script on a webhost.
