N88 Posted April 25, 2014 Posted April 25, 2014 If I would want to train defence; I would go for Guthan's in normal mode. For attack: Whip + Rune defender/Godbook with max pray bonus gear and Pray pots For str: Same as above with D Scimi or SS depending on how wealthy you are.
