The top right corner being empty bothers me, but other than that, looks awesome.

Top left lighting isn't executed really well.

Also the render isn't that well blended in with the background

Lacks focal point. Needs filling on the empty spaces and lights /lightsource is off

 

Also when you look at it more closely you can see the stacked c4d renders as bg and the render separated without actual blend effects.

Surprisingly flat looking, probably due to the adjustments and gradient maps added at the end. Try adding maps and adjustments between stacked effects to increase the depth using contrast and coloring. I do like the colors for the most part, but perhaps some small sections should be adjusted and tweaked. You probably need some artificial lighting to blend the focal with the background, but you also might consider removing some of what is in front of your render (her arm gets kind of lost).
