Very safe to use, and you go to the script you want to download, click on start menu, search OSBot, go into the folder it will say scripts, drag the downloaded script into the scripts folder, sorted And his pc isn't that good by the sounds of it :P

It's programmed in Java so it should work on any computer running Java 7. So to answer your question, yes it runs on a Mac, just make sure you're using JDK7,
