I spent 14M on 10 bonds. After 2 days all of the accounts were banned, as it clearly states on Martiiins post 10% refund if the accounts are banned. After speaking to him he refused to refund the 10% and was extremely unresponcive (have photos of chat below in link to Gyazo)  I used 10 proxies for 10 accounts and all of the accounts were banned at the same time. The accounts weren't running at the same time. After asking Martiiin for 1 valid point he could not come up with one apart from the fact that the accounts were banned under the term "bot busting" which proves nothing. all of the accounts had similar Email/Passwords with just a different number on the end. He has now deleted me from skype so i cannot get my refund.

So you see what I mean when i say it is blatently obvious.

 

Every account had rayn or something similar to rayn like raynnnn in either the name or password, in some cases both the name and password.

 

Not only this but uppon buying the accounts he gave me 9 correct accounts and 1 incorrect as he make a spelling mistake which when i asked him he said that I was lying and that the account was banned for botting, afterwards he then realised that he had make a spelling mistake and gave us the account. This was annoying as I had lost even more money.

You cannot receive a refund considering he is not liable for the bans you've received since he did not get banned botting them, you did.
