Disputed member: Tophighscore

Explanation: It started with me winning an account from him in a giveaway with no recoveries/email set, I go onto set them and sell the account to Daviyow, and he gets the account locked, I fail to unlock and he disputes me(I will link this in) I of course refund him his GP. I then wan my account back so I contacted Tophighscore to help me with the missing information, i finally get ahld of him and he tells me a few more details via PM, and I failed to recover again. He now will no longer respond, and i checked today to see i the account was still locked, and to my suprise is wasn't, so I'm here to get the account back in my hands or have him IP banned.

I really don't care what happens to him as long as I get the account in my possession once again.

I have contacted the user and placed him into TWC for the time being.

 

He has 24 hours to respond from this post.
