Recent Topics are hidden when page loads

Some time ago Recent Topics (right side of page) began to hide when page loads. They show for second and then dissappear. Maybe this is error.

Hover your mouse over "Recent Topics" and you should see 3 dots:

Click them and it should re-open the widget for you.
