There isn't a form. Who even likes to fill out forms?

TOS:

1. I am not responsible for anything that happens after the trade. (Bans, mutes, etc.)

2. The trade will go my way as in how I'd like it to be handled. (With your approval)

3. Trades involving any real money (Paypal, Western Union, etc.) will not be touched by me to avoid any chargebacks, fees, etc. and will be directly sent to the other party.
