I think that tentacle gives an extra +4 str bonus over standard whip so its +86 instead of +82, it also gives an attack stat of +90 it may be slash or crush whereas standard whip gives +82 on this stat. You can use the tentacle for 10,000 hits. That's all I know about it but hope it helped bud

Kraken Tentacle.

 

You can add a whip to it. Resulting in an Abyssal tentacle which had +90 slash and +86 strength.

After 10,000 hits it will degrade the whip then you'll have the Kraken tentacle left. 

Repeat.

kinda glad, that wasn't worth it. whip is already best weapon in game.

Pretty much same thing that is whip vine in RS3, update is doomed to fail. imho it will be used pretty much only by stakers.
