It questions the legitimacy of your service.

 

If you're paying someone else to train an account that was supposed to be trained by yourself or one of your works, we will be forced to close your services if this is the case...

 

If the account that you had ReaLife powerlevel belongs to @Nike, unfortunately we will have to take further action on the actual service thread.

 

Unless you want to admit that it was one of his accounts right now, I will be contacting @ReaLife to get the username and confirm it with you guys.

 Service owners get flushed with orders on the daily, so it's only natural that the service owner doesn't complete the desired order personally. Also, you even said in the original post that you gave @BLOCKSTAR permission to train on the account so I don't see the issue here?

 

 

 

If the user never stated he would be doing the service himself there is nothing I can do for you. Did you and him ever talk about the method he would be using in order to service your account? Also he is not responsible for refunding 50% of the bond, just the account itself.

Yes the account Realife was working on was indeed one of Nike's, At the time i paid Realife to do the powerlevelling it was prior to me having workers. I didnt think i would need to until Miley notified me of him going away for 4days. so in order to complete the order in the allotted time frame i had to hire workers. which would take a while so for the time being i paid Realife to powerlevel one account and then i hired workers the next day. I dont see the problem about the legitimacy of my service. I thought this was already cleared as both you and smart posted regarding this as seen in the quotes above.

This was due to the fact that it was under my interpretation that you gave the work to a hired worker for your service.

 

However, never did you say or confirm with him that it wouldn't be you handling the service. You told him that you were taking over the service for Miley while he was away, not giving it to another service owner / worker to handle it.

 

If he wanted the service to be done by them, he would have contacted them.

It doesn't matter if it was only one account.

 

He ordered all 3 to be done by you and / or Miley Cyrus only. That's still a breach in the terms of service that you guys agreed to. This would be fine if you informed @Nike and he gave the go for it to happen, but he wasn't notified what-so-ever.

 

The refund amount will still be the same, however your service will most likely be looked into.

I don't see the issue. If there's a disagreement with how this is being handled, please contact @Maldesto personally.

 

The terms of the dispute haven't changed. Refund him the money so this can be closed, but I'm just letting you know this may affect your service in the future.

LMAO this is getting ridiculous. Please contact me when you are ready to collect your refund of 8.55M so this dispute can be closed.
