I am going to start off by saying that account creation is a shady area. So basically this whole ordeal started off with me purchasing 5 stakers to be made at the price of 7m ea with the stats of 60/73/1 with monkey madness completed. These orders where to be done by Miley Cyrus (Cyrus.osbot is his skype).  He had a trip pop up that he wouldn't be back till wedensday, so I gave BlockStar Permission to train these accounts for me. (Block Star, not his workers or another service)

So the price was agreed on was 7m and it was stated I would be refunded 50% if the accounts were banned. 

Since I had extra bonds that I wasn't currently using I decided I would use them on the accounts that were going to be made for me as It would give me a little more account security and allow for the accounts to be made quicker. So we agreed that if i provided the bonds I would only have to pay 5.7m + the 1.3m I was giving for ea bond. I orginal Purchased 5 accounts to be made.

 

 

Him stating that he was going to use a preminum script on Tri for Waterbirth Rock Crabs, Which I suggested they use a different script that was free later on. He assured me that the water birth rock crabs were a much lower ban rate (10x lower). Also I was told this morning that this script wasn't even used, it was just a regular rekkla rock crab script. He told me on multiple different occasions that water birth rock crabs would be used.

I orginal purchased 5 accounts but then i was told he could only do 3 at once so i got a refund for the other two accounts (I did receive this money back)

I then find out the next day that he paid another service to power level one of the accounts for him. This involved Protoking5 service and ReaLife. I paid for him to train my accounts for me not another service. I was not told that he was having a different service doing my account for me. I found this out from ReaLife.

So after this the information on my account had been given to at least 3 to 4 different people, including workers from ea service, Miley, BlockStar, ReaLife. All having access to at least one of my accounts. 

 

Currently all 3 of the accounts I ordered have been banned. I believe they should go with their word and refund me the 50% of the cost of each account (7m). Also the accounts that were not done with there service I should receive a full refund because I paid them not the other service. Total refund amount should be min of 10.5 m to 12.7m.

He paid us 5.7m per acc for the 3 accounts which is 17.1m. We agreed that if an account is to get banned we will refund the user 50% of what he paid (50% of 5.7m).
2/3 of the accounts were banned during the process while we still have 1 acc in progress.

We had discussed before if we supplied the bonds the overall price would of been 7M per acc. Confirmed, the user must be refunded 50% of the two accounts that have been banned and also any uncompleted and/or failed services will also need to be compensated aswell, thank you.

If you could provide evidence to the second statement you've made that would help a lot. Also the user will have to refund you 50% of the price that you've paid for the account whatever that may be.

Can you provide evidence of you requesting that @BLOCKSTAR complete the service himself? Service owners get flushed with orders on the daily, so it's only natural that the service owner doesn't complete the desired order personally. Also, you even said in the original post that you gave @BLOCKSTAR permission to train on the account so I don't see the issue here?

 

To address the last part of your comment, it's not about making money. He's just saying that instead of a 7m payment it would be 5.7m payment as you were supplying the bonds. You technically only paid him 5.7m per account; which means he's only obligated to refund 50% of what you paid him.

If the user never stated he would be doing the service himself there is nothing I can do for you. Did you and him ever talk about the method he would be using in order to service your account? Also he is not responsible for refunding 50% of the bond, just the account itself.
