Explanation: I bought a VPS on March 26th. I spent countless hours trying to fix things that weren't working. No clear explanations were ever provided unless I spammed his Skype asking for answers. VPS has now been down for multiple days. Yesterday, when asking him explanations, he gave shady answers and as usual, told me he was busy. He then threatened me to block me and said he would only answer questions asked on his personnal website. When sending tickets on his personnal website, I of course don't receive any answers. I now didn't manage to run a single bot for at least 4 days. My bots memberships and the 5 proxies are useless when the VPS is down. Fighting on a daily basis to get things working are exhausting. My lack of knowledge isn't the problem, his behaviour toward his customers his. Out of the 1 month I have access to it, I can say without a doubt that there will be over 10 days that will have been useless to me.

Spamming my personal skype when I am actually busy, doesn't help. We have support tickets for a reason. We've been aware of the fact that some users VPS's crashed, we have resolved the issue with another member of OSBot doing some illegal activity on our Canada node. The user has been terminated, you will be granted $15 credit to your account along with the other users who had the same issue.

From what I can see, it's a matter of miss-communication. It appears he's provided you with all of what you purchased, but you just need a little help in getting it started.

 

if you don't mind helping him out a bit and getting him on his feet soon that would be great. I understand you have a numerous amount of customers who also have tickets waiting, so that should also be taken into consideration when waiting for a response. I'd appreciate it if you could get it done within the next 48 hours though. ^_^

I'm doing my best, I will be posting my personal 1 on 1 availability hours here soon. I recommend everyone to use our ticket support system, it's the best way for something to get taken care of.

I don't want any credits. I just want what I pay for. One can't assume everyone know what is a Putty, a SSH and how to troubleshoot a VPS on Linux. I had issues with a proxies provider in the past and that is why I'm that cautious. I'm not asking for much, just complete explanations to solve any issue within 24-48 hours. I will now use the ticket service; if everyone was messaging you the way I am on Skype, it would be a mess.
