Probably not, if it's a 2 day ban they probably see you as somewhat of a legit player that don't farm, otherwise it would've been perm.

 

Also, my account got mod bot-busting a few months after he got a 2-day ban. If I was flagged, I wouldn't have been banned manually. So based on this, my reason is that you don't get IP flagged with a 2-day ban.
