Well let me introduce a little about me Name is Jarrid :D Ive Been Doing MMA for about 2 years (Boxing,BJJ,KickBoxing) and then i met my bestfriend/sensi  who took me under his wing and trained me non stop everyday for a year in his Traditional/Actual Martial Arts ways mainly focus was Hapkido/Orginal thai boxing/ Taekwondoo / judo Basics so now im training myself after weeks of research and etc  his Credntials Was he started at 8 (now 19) His hands were registered and licensed to kill at 14 he trained in Shimmido/Muay Thai/Taekwondo/Hapkido/Judo And im starting to realize MMA and Traditional Martial Arts are the same but complete different in ways that its taught and used for i just wanted to know your Opnions and if you guys had any credential expirence in both

 

and TIPS if any of you guys want to get into it leave tips and training guides and information 

 

my biggest problem atm is flexibility so i can kick efficiently and muscle stamina 

 

ALso whats you thoughts on BRUCE LEE and him being in the New UFC Undisputed 2014

Do you have any book which shows how grappling techniques are done right (clear illustations.. idk)

Im training Krav Maga myself for a year now and have 2 years of kickboxing experience.

 

AND I can shove my foot up your mouth with incredible force.
