then its like buying it but no downloading?

how do i add scrips it only says add to cart??

You add it to your cart and you checkout. If the cost is $0.00, you will not be required to enter any PayPal information. After you have purchased the script, click the refresh button on the bot client and it should appear.

Correct, when you log into the client if you have purchased a script it will be automatically uploaded for you.
