Will OSBot be reliable?

Featured Replies

Now I don't mean to sound rude, don't take it that way. I'm just wondering, for the future, what do you, staff members, predict?

I've went and written 2 AIO scripts for Wbot and put some time into them, including random support (as a fail safe), anti ban (fail safe as well) did a custom paint, and made a high score for my scripts because Wbot lead me to believe they were secure, and running as p****bots "sister bot".

This wasn't the case.

So in all honesty, do you, staff, see the bot staying alive?

Wbot was ran by t x and was there purely to steal peoples passwords.

So yes, this bot will be reliable.

I don't like throwing around accusations, there's not enough hard proof, considering one client of Wbot, when completely decompiled was clean, another was infected with a java listener (and not to load the client).

But, as far as this forum goes, hopefully they stay up, as I'd love to see a great community grow here.

OSBot is in great hands and I would put your 100% faith and trust into it.

Very good than, I'll take your word on it, and thank you!

I've been around with Laz and Maxi not for a super long while, but long enough to know their both trustworthy people.

I have high hopes for the bot myself. So I see no issue in giving it a shot.

I joined today and have spent a lot of the past 12 hours in IRC with many members of the staff, development team, and community and can say that this thing will be around quite awhile and will be amazing.

I was a member of RSBuddy back in the day and always thought that was the best bot out there, but OSBot definitely has made me question that thought. There's loads of potential here and loads more being packed into the client everyday.

Throw your support behind OSBot. :)

Hey Tempy, I'm sure I'll start re writing my scripts eventually aha.

Lmao, I really need an AIO woodcutter, im cutting yews atm and I would love a yew bot at gnome stronghold or just a yew bot in general. Let me know if you start to write one and best of luck :D

Put your epic scripts on here :D

But didn't wBot get taken down because of legal issues with Jagex? What's stopping Jagex from coming after osbot?

Well athymy, that's what I was asking, to a admin. But it just depends on the owner, there location, and there smarts with the law.

The general impression i get is that they plan to be the next big bot. I cant wait to see the results of a lot of work by our admin.
