No joining fee makes it easy to scam. It is better to have a ~3m joining fee if anything.

There isnt a joining fee UPFRONT. There will be a certain percentage that i and the worker will agree on to deduct from the first few orders that will add up for insurance fee. After the insurance fee is paid the percentage will decrease. I find this a better way as it doesn't scare off people.
