Explanation:

Was selling 30m OSRS GP for £2.3/M. Argus PM'd me asking to pay $70 and to discuss further on skype.

Evidence:

Proof of PM, he deleted the message confirming it was him or I am now assuming somebody working along side him.

Yes I know the account was hacked, but I'm posting this up too stop others getting hit by the same person. I've learnt my lesson. Don't let others make the same idiotic mistake I did. Lesson learnt.

The dispute has been resolved between me and the real Argus. His account had been compromised and he is aware of the situation and has refunded me 1/2 of the taken amount. He has also asked for the negative feedback to be removed from his account. I only placed this to let other know something was wrong.

Are you satisfied with a partial refund? He is fully accountable for the scam, therefore you should be compensated with a full refund.

 

If you are content with this though, I can close this dispute.

I've resolved both skypes (one being his "legit" one, the other being the "hacked" one). They resolve to the same IP and Argus is now banned.

 

He'll have to refund you fully along with others he has scammed through this before returning to OSBot. I'm sorry for your loss.
