Explanation: So i bought the account to start my gold farm  So  i logged on it to check it and logged out Till i can fix my vps So i can bot it there so i After i got every thing fixed and ready to go i logged on the account today to find it Banned On same day i bought it from him like if it was + 24 hours i would Say it was me But same day .....

Unfortunately after looking at the warnings and speaking with you in the chat.

It just seems to be bad luck, since he couldn't have known it would be banned. Unless you didn't actually get the chance to log on at all? In which case, you should speak to me in PM and this will be re-opened.
