It's ok, but not as a logo and I prefer the old one over this.

 

And the white shadow kind of thing is little too much.

 

Otherwise you used nice colors on that font :)

Whats the thing under neath it? It's pretty ugly.

I think that he means the light grey part (I said "white shadow").
