Condray Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 I got nothing good to say about VPS , they bann u instantly when u use them in RS etc.
SmaTTeR Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 I suggest Centos 5 for the OS if your gonna use linux, that's what I always used. And send me a PM and I can help you out if you still need help. Use to run a VPS company. Doesn't make sense on why they don't have it setup to automatically install the OS..
TheSaint Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Tell your friend to request that they install Gnome and VNC or else he's going to cancel/reverse his payment. They'll probably do it. In the future, tell your friend to contact the company before he purchases anything. "If I place an order can you install Gnome and VNC so that I can have something closer to Windows to use?" "No, sorry." "No problem, I'll go somewhere else, thanks!"
