First of all press "Enable breaks"

 

Second go to "Average break time" set that to 15 minutes

 

Then go to "Break time deviation" and put that to 90 minutes

Thanks but I put the break time deviation to 1 min just to test out if it stops the script but it just keeps running the script.

What did you set the average break time to? If it is not set to anything then it will not take a break.
