Dispute Against TeamTrust

Featured Replies

Disputed member: TeamTrust (mainly @Trustmybet as he owns it

Explanation: Their TOS clearly states that a verified worker of TeamTrust will complete their orders. Despite this, @Trustmybet is constantly in the chat box as well as Skype asking for people to complete his orders for him. The issue? The members he is asking are not workers of TeamTrust, which does not abide by their own TOS.

Evidence:

Picture of @Trustmybet asking me to complete a service for him (I have 3+ other messages from him like this at other times, and no I am not a worker for him):

I'm requesting that he either be put into the TWC group for sketchy dealings, or add to his service thread that he will have random people complete orders on occasion. To be honest, as their the ones breaking the TOS, they should refund every service completed done by a non worker of TeamTrust.

I apologize if I'm just completely stupid and cannot find it, but where does it say in his T.O.S all services will be done by his workers and them only?

While it does not explicitly state that only his workers will be doing it, saying something like this and having the thread title include TeamTrust implies to the buyer that only verified workers will be on their account.

You cannot tell me that if you ordered a service from a team, only to find out that a random kid was going to be on your account, you would get annoyed and make a dispute + negative feedback as well.

People who own services get swamped with orders all the time. You can only expect that it won't be him handling the service, but someone else who he deems qualified in order to complete it.

No scam took place so this isn't really a dispute that can be handled, sorry.
