The script randomly stops, it says nothing in the chat. It just freezes. All you have to do to fix it is press pause and then play.

But it gets really annoying when you expect the script to run over night while you are sleeping and it freezes 30 minutes after it starts.

(It usually freezes when the inventory is halfway full, it just hovers over the tree with the cursor)
