so i was running 3 accounts all with the same scripts just different worlds and 1 of the accounts got a 48 hour an ban but the other accounts did not  get any thing,

What type of ban was it?

 

A Jagex Moderator may have manually banned you, or that account could have been transferred to one of the bot worlds (85 & 86)
