If you don't mind it being a combat skill, range! seriously go to w302 range guild and check it, few lvl 40's with 85+ range and 50's with 90+. it's free for all atm :p

I didnt get a ban botting 1-99 wc.. Use breaks, breaks are your friend

Thieving is extremely low if you're using notorious thief. I think like 4-5 people including myself have gotten 99 using it?

Ehh No  You cna get banned form Slayer i had got my main Banned at 84 Slayer and uhmm ive gotten over 22mill Thieving EXP strictly from Master Farmers nd i would like to say farming/Agility
