Contact the scripter. I do not think you can get a refund. Swizzbeat is an active scripter shouldn't be a problem.

Leave a req on the forums with proof that it doesn't work.

Uh, what are you saying here? Your scripts don't work? Swizzbeat is a very active user and I doubt he would release low quality scripts.
