so 2 days ago my main got banned and i started over again, if i now are ip flagged and i've logged into the new account with the IP that is flagged, and then logout and use a VPN and botting the same account with different IP, am i still flagged? i mean do they still watch the account even tho i use different IP but i've been inside same account with the IP-flagged?

Should let someone create the account for you, making an account on the same IP risks the fact that they would look at recent IP's

acc was created at friends house, trained there alot then now i logged into the ip-flagged and did legit slayer, then i use vpn for some str xp. its works right?

It would be best never to log into an account on a flagged IP, there is no way to know how Jagex's systems work.

I don't think they would watch the account. Asking as you don't bot while under the flagged ip you should be good.
