I wouldn't recommend this, since after you get to higher levels, your chances of getting banned will increase, and it's all the more time wasted.

I would recommend botting some stats and questing legit, it'll decrease your chances drastically.

So should i just do some minor quests? Im just gonna end up botting Ankous most likely go gp.

Common quests. And you should complete all the free ones at least eventually.

Just do waterfall, witches house, RFD up to like rune gloves and you'll be fine

 

EDIT: Im doing the same thing right now except not maxed, going for like 70/99/50, then eventually 70 range so I can bot black drags
