Because you're making money off of the OSBot client via writing scripts. Hence all scripts sold need to be through OSBot for OSBot to profit.

can someone tell me why it is not allowed to pay for the scripts but its allowed to get them for free?

If it was paid script, then OSBot would not be making money, so that is a no no.

If it was free, OSBot wouldn't be making any, neither will the script, so OSBot doesn't care.
