How do you get free runes...

future update, it's apart of the wilderness rejuvenation.

I'm pretty sure the rune fountain didn't get 75% of votes, and therefore isn't going to be implemented. Also if there is a script made there will be atleast 1 pker camping there on each world 99% of the time
