Well I'm still botting, so the answer is no. No they have not, and never will. So please stop complaining about being banned, and go start another account like everyone else does in that situation.

Huh??????

Complaining? False....

Banned = Start new account? Im banned for 1 day why would I start a new account?

GL botting :)

Nothing out of the ordinary. Bans happen.

Pretty out of the ordinary for me...

I've played runescape for 5+ years and haven't been banned for botting =/

We can still run bots right? No they will never win they just prolong it

Yes you can still run bots... But will they be most efficient? I ran my script for 2Hours today and got banned..

They'll never win.

With every update comes another preventative measure to ensure bot communities will survive.

How many bots do you run? Just because you got hit once after 5 years is in no way indicative of "jagex winning the war"

If you bot, you'll eventually get banned. I'm telling you it's just as safe to bot now than it was 2 weeks/a month/2 months ago.

This account hasn't been banned today, I did lose another gdker though. As I said, bans happen.
