i bought a druid bot and i told the bot to pick up ranaars and dwarfs, how does it know they're ranaars and dwarfs if they are unidentified on the ground?

Each individual item on OSRS has their own individual object ID. 

 

A unidentified ranarr's object ID is 207, so when that ID is detected, the bot picks it up.
