There's definitely something going on. Whether the people who are bragging about multiple finds are bsing or not, the script is broken in one way or another. It's either notifications, or the object grabbing function that isn't working. In further updates its probably a good idea to notify the user once the rare has actually appeared in the inventory. 

 

I'm actually getting suspicious now. Botted for half a day and got a blue mask and a red mask. Bot for 2 days non-stop and get virtually nothing (certainly no phats).

 

I'm babysitting for a while to see if its missing the phats or something.

Btw does the p hat or rare have to be on the screen exactly?

I know a spawn point and im botting it for 1 hr with no luck. But I've never seen it spawn there before and people have had success there.

Am I doing it wrong?

Take your situation and multiply that by 2 (4 bots, more than 2 days) still nothing here (2 yoyos, no p hats). It's tough to babysit because the p hats actually do seem a bit more rare. It's just illogical that after 15k+ hops i've only found 2 yoyos.

I assume everyone is running version 2.3, but does anyone have 2.2 (or better still 2.1) stored so we can try it out? I still don't really know what the .2 and .3 updates did...

Remember to take into consideration that not every location for phat spawns have been found. There's a chance that phats sit in a world for hours spawned at these unknown locations before it spawns in a more common place. If every location were known, then everybody would be having a lot more luck with finding these.

to all the people that havn't found rare in a long time 

please check you logs, tell me if there is a line with: found a x partyhat and under that a shittonne of spam with "trying to take the rare"

count that, that's the amount of rares you would've gotten if this would've worked

It's basically confirmed that the script is broken, at least in terms of recognizing the objects or notifying the user they've been picked up. Time to wait for AlphaTeam's new update.
