Since v2.0 of script, it works for every rare, thanks to Cory for the idea.

    Need a quick answer guys, when the phats finally will be dropping, Will there be an system update? Or does they just spawn after jagex starts the dropping?

    They will be spawning the same as other previous rares as far as i know of
