So I turned 18 today, what should I do?
I have already got drunk.
Please leave some suggestions on what I should do, now when I'm 18 years old.

In my country 18 means that you have to give a party with some of your friends. You should have a great night and get wasted all over the place.

I guess you don't live in the US then as the drinking age is 21

Make a Party, get drunk like never before,  smoke some weed the next day, drive away with your best friends in any cool town to celebrate there too and so on, repeat it every weekend, go to ski parties, book a ticket for tomorrow land, fly/drive to spring break croatia...

as example thats an cool event in my town, it is called "no sunday without techno" 

You chill, listen to music, dance and so on. it starts in the morning and ends at 10 and after it you go out

I don't think i did anything on my 18th birthday other than get drunk I was already smoking cigarettes for a few years

Turned 26 today and don't think ill do anything other than work, kind of sad how things have changed.

i am waiting for my 21 birthday (8.5) to paint the town manhattan

or to save up till summer and make a road trip along the west coast with my best friends.
